The updates to the 2 series coupe are subtle on the exterior. The same sloping roof and athletic lines can be found, along with BMW’s shark fin aerial. The double kidney front grille is a new design as are the remodelled LED Headlights. Rain sensing windscreen wipers will activate automatically as will the headlights.
Inside the 2 Series coupe, there is plenty of space for 5 passengers with Isofix on each of the rear outer seats and a boot capacity of 390 litres. The driver has a multifunction sport steering wheel to control features such as speed limiter and radio volume.

These features ensure you have the most efficient vehicle possible from the engine to the body shaping.
Technology and Driver Assistance Features
As with all vehicles, BMW has made sure you can connect to your BMW in a range of features called BMW ConnectedDrive. Via an app you can check if doors are locked, fuel levels and even be guided back to your vehicle if you have forgotten where you parked. You can also communicate information from your smart phone to your car such as appointments, the BMW app can send you reminders when you need to leave and the route can be ready and waiting in the navigation system, time of arrival or any delays in your journey can be communicated to you.
Alongside steering wheel controls and a colour touchscreen, the BMW 2 Series can also recognise a range of everyday phrases and respond such as ‘call mum’ or ‘drive home’. Voice control makes it even easy for you to stay connected to the world outside of the car without taking your hands off the wheel.
Later in 2017 BMW ConnectedDrive will also see the addition of on street parking information. Details of parking availability will be relayed to the navigation system so you can see at a glance where you have the best chance of finding a parking space.
