How Do I Book A Bosch Service At Rivervale House?
So, now you can have a Bosch service the Rivervale Way and this is how it happens …
1.Give us a call!
Call Rivervale on 01273 433480 and choose option 3 to go straight through to one of our Service Advisors.
2.Choose the Service you require;
The Rivervale Bosch Service Centre offers 3 different services with prices starting from £110.99
Bosch Service Options
The Bronze Service
Ideal for well maintained, low mileage vehicles covering 31 checks including an oil and filter change.
The Silver Service
Suitable at every 12,000 miles or 12 months. This is a more comprehensive service with 49 checks including replacement of engine oil, the oil filter and air filter.
The Gold Service
This is the most comprehensive service. Recommended for every 24,000 miles or 24 months including all checks carried out in the Silver Service as well as all items that are regularly recommended for replacement every 2 years.
That’s not all! We can also offer Bosch seasonal healthchecks on your vehicle to make sure you are ready for whatever the great British weather has in store! We can provide MOT’s for vehicles up to class VII, carry out wheel balancing, tracking, tyre replacement, puncture repair and if your bulb has blown just stop by and we will fix it on the spot for you.
3. On the day of your service
We have many options available for you. If you are too busy to get here we can arrange collection and return of your vehicle for you (depending on distance). If you can, come and see us at Rivervale House! When you arrive, you can drive under cover to our service parking area and take just a few steps to our Service Reception to book in your car. From here you can either leave your vehicle in our capable hands and use one of our loan vehicles, or take a moment to enjoy a coffee on us in our Starbucks area and we will carry out all necessary work on your car while you wait.
4. Our trained Bosch technicians will then get to work!
Your service will be carried out using state of the art diagnostic machines and Bosch manufactured parts as standard. During your service a healthcheck will be carried out to alert you to any problems that exist or may present themselves soon. If your vehicle is still under manufacturer's warranty, servicing will be carried out using their guidelines so your warranty will remain valid.
5. Your Service is Complete!
Then your car is ready to be out on the road again. We will let you know your vehicle is ready to collect or return it to your door.
How Much will my Bosch Service Cost?
All servicing work undertaken is fixed price, meaning the price you are quoted is the price you will pay. If there is any additional work that needs to be carried out our Service Advisors will get in touch with you, with a price, to gain authorisation before we proceed.
