My note to the Nissan Note .......
Dear Nissan Note,
So after the Juke was returned as good as new
I was handed your keys to do another review
You stood waiting for me and my questions began
But after a few minutes driving I was soon a Note fan
You’re sleek and stylish on the outside with 15” alloys
And the purr of your diesel engine made a very pleasing noise
Automatic lights and wipers mean you are a drivers dream
And once inside the Note there was much more tech to be seen
With an all-round view camera you made parking so easy
Sat Nav and Bluetooth made communicating and travelling breezy
The Note by its nature wants to keep you safe and well
And with front, side and curtain airbags you can really tell
You even spotted trouble I may have missed and screamed an alert
With blind spot and lane departure warning beeps I won’t be hurt
With a top speed of 111mph you may not win a race
But being petite and compact you’re perfect for the city pace
Your boot may be a bit small for crowds who want to travel afar
Explorers may need to pack lightly, perhaps pick your favourite bra
But you will still fit a pushchair and even a marketing manager!
Now considering the back seats could you carry a passenger?
Yes of course! You’re surprisingly spacious holding 1 woman and 2 men
They all had plenty room even with one as large as Big Ben
You have isofix all ready for any little people
And you’re available in petrol for the haters of diesel
In the Note flaws are hard to find you’re quietly brilliant
In this one there’s 88.30mpg so you are also efficient
So really for leasers the questions left for you are few
Will it be flame red, blade silver, pearl black, arctic white or sonic blue?
