Alfa Romeo Stelvio car leasing offers the Alfa Romeo fan base a truly practical, family-sized ride without compromising on the luxury, driving fun and sporty aesthetics that the Italian brand is known for.
Alfa Romeo as an Italian automotive manufacturer is renowned for luxury, alongside fine and sporty design priorities. Founded in 1910 in Milan, the company is closely linked with its parent company Fiat, sharing many of its engines, transmissions, and platform, but Alfa Romeo makes styling front and centre to the model development process.
As the Italian brand’s first SUV, the Stelvio launched in 2017 and was immediately a market-rivalling model. Based on the same platform as the brand’s successful Giulia saloon model, the Stelvio elevates the driver (you sit 20cm higher than in the Giulia) and includes as standard Alfa Romeo’s Q4 all-wheel-drive system (which allows for rear-drive in normal conditions but an autonomous shift reactively to 50% frontward in low-grip conditions) in all but one of the five engine options the Stelvio provides.
In the SUV market, the Stelvio is lighter and has less body roll than many market competitors, thanks to the Giulia foundations. As standard, every model uses an eight-speed automatic gearbox, and the Stelvio hits 0-62mph in 5.7 seconds, illustrating that this is a genuinely sporty model as well as being a spacious, welcoming ride for all the family.
In comparison, the Peugeot 3008 offers a cross market-rivalling ride as high tech and elegance collide for immediate driveability.
