If you’re looking for a company car that’s efficient and affordable to run, the Suzuki Across just might be it.
This smart, easy-going SUV with rugged good looks is highly efficient and cheap to run, making it the ideal business car lease that’s good value for money. And, while it may be an almost carbon-copy of the RAV4, Suzuki and Toyota have been clever in this first collaboration of theirs.
Available solely as a PHEV, an Across lease boasts an enviable electric range. Travel up to 46 miles electric-alone on a full battery charge. This means the Across has some of the lowest CO2 emissions among its competitors while still providing performance with a punch. Acceleration is solid, making the Across much quicker than peer Ford Kuga and even the Land Rover Discovery Sport.
Ample head and legroom, as well as adjustable electric seats with memory recall, make travelling in this robust SUV a breeze. The large central armrest and commanding driving position only add to this, making it easy to get comfortable.
Step inside, and you’ll find a smart-looking, plush interior with an upmarket feel to rival competitors: chunky switchgear, a firm rubberised finish and all the standard tech you’d expect are included. An infotainment screen, smart-phone mirroring and charging ports feature throughout. Though there’s only one trim package available, it comes chock full with dual-zone climate control, smartphone integration, bright LED lights, heated leather seats and a steering wheel.
