Do you charge any documentation or administration fees?

No, unlike most of our competitors we do not charge any kind of documentation or administration fees. The only payments you will make is your deposit (initial rental) and regular monthly payments thereafter.


Can I lease any make / model car or van?

How long do vehicle leases last?

Typically, leases cover 24, 36, 48 or 60 month contracts, however, we can tailor make a lease to help achieve your desired budget and circumstances.


How much initial down payment do I have to pay?

Usually a lease initial rental will be the equivalent of 3 or 6 times the monthly rental. Again, this can be tailored to suit you specific budget. You can view the available options on the ’payment profile’ dropdown for each car / van.


What’s the minimum mileage per annum that you offer?

We can offer as low as 5000 miles per annum.


What’s the maximum mileage per annum that you offer?

We can offer up to 50,000 miles per annum


Can I choose the colour and specification?

Of course, as long as it’s available from the manufacturer, you can have it!


Can I add options onto my chosen car or van?

Yes. Any factory fitted options can be added to your order at a cost. We will be happy to provide a tailored quote to include your chosen options and specification


What if the option I need is fitted by a 3rd party?

We can still do this. For example, if you need a car quickly and we have found you a car that’s in stock but you need a Bluetooth kit fitted, we can get this done and add it into the lease for you.


What exactly does Maintenance cover?

As a general rule maintenance covers all of your servicing costs, maintenance costs and replacement tyres (in some cases this even includes punctures). If your chosen contract is longer than 36 months in duration, the maintenance agreement would also cover your MOT costs to make sure that the vehicle is safe and road legal for you.


I have a maintenance agreement; what do I do when my vehicle needs a service?

Just book your vehicle in with your local main dealer and let them know that has a full maintenance agreement. When the vehicle is serviced the invoice will be passed onto the leasing company for payment.


I need a tyre replaced, where do i go?

Just simply give us a call and we will be able to give you the telephone number for the correct tyre supplier. In some cases they will even come to you work or home to replace the tyre and save you the trouble.


What happens at the end of a Contract Hire or Personal Contract Hire contract?

You simply hand the vehicle back to the leasing company who will happily collect from your home or work. We always remind you well in advance of your contract end so that we can help you find the right replacement or simply just help you book a collection.


Am I liable for any costs when I hand the vehicle back?

As long as you have stuck to the contract mileage and the vehicle is in “fair wear and tear” condition you should not incur any additional charges. If you have gone over your allowed mileage you will be charged an excess mileage charge per mile. This charge will be clearly stated and the beginning of the contract so it shouldn’t come as a surprise.
