For an entry-level car that’s smart and efficient, look no further than a Suzuki Swace lease.
This is the 2nd model to emerge from Suzuki and Toyota’s alliance, the first having been the easy-going rebooted RAV4, the Across.
As for the Swace, it takes its inspiration from the Corolla, albeit with a few tweaks to make it more ‘Suzuki’. That includes a reworked grille, freestyle front and rear bumpers and new LED headlamps and taillights.
Perhaps the biggest selling point of the Swace is its generous boot space. This storage space is made even more functional with its retractable shelf and underfloor cabin. The interior is equally as practical making the Swace an ideal lease for drivers after an affordable, family-friendly vehicle with excellent kit to compete with the Skoda Octavia and VW Golf.
Inside, the Swace’s interior is durable and practical, enhanced by subtle touches like chrome detailing and leather wrapping around the steering wheel.
The two, well-kitted out trims leave you wanting for almost nothing: heated seats and steering wheel, cruise control, lane assist as well as automatic lights, wipers and high beam assist come as a standard. Dual-zone climate control, rear view sensors and a touchscreen with mobile connectivity are also thrown in. Upgrade to the higher-spec to unlock an array of advanced safety features on top of this.
On-road, the Swace is a quiet and delightful drive, mostly due to its sleek, solitary powertrain, combining a petrol engine with an electric motor. Drive through CVT automatic transmission or on electric alone. You’ve also got regenerative braking for an even more fuel-efficient experience. Extra smooth gear changes and easy handling make this a pleasure to drive.
