The New BMW 4 Series

The New BMW 4 Series

BMW have at last taken the covers off the New BMW 4 Series Coupe, and what a stunner it is! The 4 Series will be the successor to the outgoing 3 Series Coupe and is expected to bring strong completion to the well established Audi A5 and Mercedes C Class Coupe. The car will be shown off in the flesh at the Frankfurt motor show in September and then available to order in showrooms in the UK from 5th October.

The entry level specification will be the 420d SE priced from £31,575 - you will then have the choice of five trim levels, SE, Sport, Modern, Luxury and M-Sport and three choice of engine including the 2.0 diesel or petrol through to the range topping 428i that will be powered by a 3.0 litre six cylinder engine capable of producing a mighty 302bhp. Additional engines will follow on shortly including the much loved 3.0 litre diesel that will surely be the engine of choice combing massive power with great fuel consumption figures.

The 4 Series’ body is completely new although it maintains the normal visual cue’s that we have come to expect from BMW coupes such as the frameless windows and the long doors however with its muscular front end styling it is sure to stand its self apart from its predecessor. Inside the interior is typically BMW, appointed with the latest technology, best materials and comfort that is guaranteed ensure many enjoyable miles for those lucky enough to own the striking new BMW 4 Series.
